Website Overview©
by Robert E. Alderman, Jr.
Our view of estate planning as an on-going, all encompassing, full life function of anything and everything you do is reflected in our home page definition and its three primary iLp, BAM and CEP sub-sections. (Each sub-section represents an independent entity though all three are related to the Bible-based estate planning B-beps foundation of God’s Word.)
In the iLp integrated Life planning areas, we provide our commentary, insight, explanatory articles, encouragement, etc. on matters pertaining to the more commonly defined elements of estate planning such as trusts, wills, health directives, probate and business planning. Our manner of presentation, however, is what we call the country lawyer approach of a people to people relationship to honor what Christ identified as the second most important commandment in the Bible.
In fact, our trademark (iLp) contains the symbolism of what we’re about; what we believe and what we focus on. In the center is the “L” which represents not just life in a general sense, but Christ as Lord. The “i” is for denial of self (by using the lower rather than upper case form), yet still includes the integrated glory of being in God’s image and responsible as stewards of our whole estates and real wealth. And, finally, the four levels of our B-beps Bible-based estate planning (i.e. possessions, people, purpose and paradise) are reflected in the “p” which also stands for the partnership privilege we enjoy when we walk with God.
BAM (Bible Active Mediations) is a new service for the development of alternative dispute resolution programs (using Bible-based estate planning and stewardship principles for the productive management of the emotions and other intangible elements existing in such matters) for churches as well as the public at large.
Within the church community, BAM provides a forum and structure for believers to resolve legal type conflicts with other believers in a non-court setting using the application of biblical principles as an overlay. The secular population is invited and encouraged to use the program as well with the added benefit of providing an opportunity for non-believers to experience the Christian approach to conflict resolution and teachings in a non-sermon, non-threatening manner. BAM will also offer intra-church conflict resolution if the need arises.
Finally, we have CEP - The Christian Estate Planning Foundation which offers a variety of non-profit educational and coaching/counseling programs in a discipleship structure to duplicate and multiply our Bible-based estate planning B-beps vision through Christian attorneys and churches everywhere in this country. It is primarily our non-profit CEP program that embraces or expands in a ministry format the “purpose” and “paradise” levels of the B-beps concept to attain a truly fulfilled and significant life as God intended each of us to live. Our actual symbol for this ministry is the tricep muscle representing the arm of God for Trinity Infused Coaching and Estate Planning Services Tr.i.c.e.p.s.
As you navigate your way through one or more of these sections, we pray that your personal perspective of estate planning will be greatly encouraged and enhanced; that perhaps you will visit us often and recommend the site to others.
Should you in any manner wish to support or participate in the CEP Foundation programs, please let us know the specific areas of your interest. Also, if you have any comments you’d like to share with us, we would very much enjoy hearing from you.
