Our Mission Statement
We believe that excellence is a habit, not an act and that we are, or become, that which we repeatedly do.
Thus, it is our commitment to every client, business owner, pastor, church, Christian organization, CPA, financial planner, life insurance agent or others who seek our assistance to provide to them, day in and day out, a quality and craftsmanship in estate planning products and services that exceed in real value that which they can obtain anywhere else!
Doing things this way takes more time and is more expensive, but in the long run, it is the only way to provide the very best in estate planning. It is the way in which we have built our practice and reputation since 1973.
For individuals and couples, this means providing a three step process of teacher, counselor, and attorney in order for us to evaluate, identify and implement an estate plan that is fitted or customized to fulfill the needs, goals, dreams and aspirations of that person or family.
For business owners, this means optimizing the financial value and liquidity of the client’s business through business succession and continuity planning - using a vast array of legal tools to address buyout options and/or control issues for spouse and children the business owner may never have realized were possible.
For pastors, churches and other Christian organizations, this means coming along side as a helper to provide guidance and direction on Bible based principles for estate planning stewardship - via seminars to the congregation, classes for the staff, written materials, or individual counseling and estate plan drafting.
For CPAs, financial planners, life insurance agents and other advisors, this means coordinating our respective fields of expertise for the greater benefit and service to the client and the client’s family.
