Founder's Statement:
In my thirty years of practicing law, I have taken a personal journey from a self-reliant nonbeliever to accepting Christ as my Lord and Savior and the never ending, but joyful process of learning to walk and abide in Him.
Through that process (and especially in the development of Bible-based estate planning services through my law practice), I have discovered five things that have prompted me to establish the Christian Estate Planning Foundation - CEP™:
- The Bible is structured in the form of God’s estate plan for mankind.
- As part of that plan, every man and woman has been designed by God to live his or her life with a unique purpose and passion that is part of their stewardship or estate planning responsibilities.
- Though every man and woman has an inner desire to live the significance God has designed for them, traditional or secular based estate planning offers them no help in doing so.
- Most people have been taught by the world to conform and live by its standards, or are individually hesitant to pursue the purpose and passion that at one time (and maybe even occasionally now) calls to them. However...
- When that fire within them is re-ignited with the guidance, mentoring and coaching of others and infused with the strength of the Trinity, people come alive and become the warriors God intended them to be.
The purpose and design of the CEP™ Foundation is to come along side attorneys, other professionals and individuals; churches and organizations all over our nation to teach, support and disciple them through Bible-based estate planning programs designed to initiate and enhance their lives and vocations through a fulfilling and abiding relationship with Christ.
